What we collect
If you subscribe, we collect your email address (and, if you choose to share it, your name) so we can send you the newsletter. That's it. We don't ask for anything we don't need.
How we use it
Your email is used to deliver the VITALS newsletter and the resources you signed up for. We may look at aggregate, anonymized stats (like open and click rates) to make the newsletter better. We never sell or rent your email address.
Who processes it
We send email through Klaviyo, our email service provider, which stores subscriber data on our behalf. Affiliate retailers (such as Amazon) set their own cookies when you click through to their sites — those are governed by their privacy policies, not ours.
Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can update or delete your details at any time. Ask us and we'll remove your data promptly.
